CUSTOMIZABLE FIT - The removable padding provides shaping, smoothing, and modesty for nursing moms. The adjustable straps allow for a customized fit for every body, and they can be adjusted for additional support if desired.

SIZING NOTE - Our nursing bras are designed to fit snugly and true to size. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

FIND YOUR BRA SIZE - To find your bra size, wear an unpadded bra that fits well and measure directly under your breasts, around your ribcage (underbust). Round up to the next whole, even number - this is your band size. Then, measure around the fullest part of your breasts to get your bust size. Subtract your band size from your bust size to determine your cup size. Each whole number difference is one cup size. For example, a difference of four inches is a D cup, five inches is an E cup, six inches is an F cup, and so on.
